Accessibility Statement

1. Our aim

This site should be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

2. What we have done

Colour combinations are chosen for contrast against their backgrounds. Interactive elements have visible keyboard focus indicators. Accordions and tabs are operable by keyboard and expose their state to assistive technology.

Animation respects the operating system reduced-motion preference — with that setting on, scroll animations, counters and the moving text strip are disabled rather than merely shortened.

The tracking portals are usable without JavaScript; reference validation is enhanced by script but repeated on the server.

3. Known limitations

Two areas fall short of the rest of the site. Forms embedded from third-party services do not always expose their labels and error messages the way our own controls do. Documents we issue as PDFs — certificates, statements and quotations — are not yet reliably tagged for screen readers, though every one of them can be supplied in an accessible format on request. Both are on our list, and in the meantime the custody desk will read out, re-send or re-format anything you cannot access.
