Not sure this is the right service?

Describe the item, the route and the deadline. We will tell you which service fits — including if the answer is a cheaper one.

How it works

From quote to release.

STAGE 01

Survey & quote

We assess the item, the route and the risk, then issue a written quote stating the handling plan and the insured value.

STAGE 02

Sealed collection

Two crew attend. The item is inspected, photographed, sealed with a numbered tamper-evident seal and logged to your reference.

STAGE 03

Documented transit

Every handover is signed and timestamped. The seal number travels with the item, so any break in the chain is visible.

STAGE 04

Verified release

Released only to a named recipient against photographic identity. The signed release note closes the record.

An international customs document that lets goods enter a country temporarily without paying duty, on the basis that they will leave again. It is widely used for exhibitions, samples and professional equipment.

Title can change while goods remain in a duty-suspended facility. Duty becomes payable when they enter the domestic market. We will tell you which applies to your movement before you commit.
