Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our commitment

We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking in our business or in any part of our supply chain. This statement sets out the steps we take to identify and prevent it.

2. Our business and supply chain

We provide secure logistics and vaulting services. Our supply chain consists principally of vetted partner carriers and agents, vehicle and facility suppliers, and professional services. Partner carriers present the primary area of risk, since they employ crews we do not directly manage.

3. What we do about it

Every partner is audited before appointment, and that audit covers labour practice alongside physical security. Contracts with partners require compliance with applicable modern slavery legislation and permit termination for breach.

Our own recruitment includes documented right-to-work verification and direct contact with referees, which reduces the risk of exploited labour entering our workforce through intermediaries.

4. Reporting concerns

Anyone — staff, partner, client or member of the public — can raise a concern confidentially by contacting us. Concerns raised in good faith will not result in detriment to the person raising them.

5. Approval

This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the board of Prime Express Delivery. It is published on our website and made available to clients, partners and prospective employees on request. Any partner or supplier may ask for our current signed copy at any time, and we ask the same of them.
